Odisha Rising Foundation

Founded in 2018, Odisha Rising Foundation (ORF) is a nonprofit organization working to build a more inclusive, equitable, and self-reliant Odisha.

ORF works with underserved communities through initiatives focused on education, livelihoods, inclusion, and community development. From providing education to children from marginalized communities and creating livelihood opportunities for women, to promoting education, employability, and inclusion for Persons with Disabilities, ORF works to bridge gaps in access and opportunity.

Today, ORF has an active presence across 14 districts of Odisha, reaching rural, tribal, and underserved communities through grassroots interventions, innovative projects, technology, and meaningful partnerships.
