Refund Policy

At SocialAngel, donations are considered voluntary and final. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be processed under the following conditions:

1. General Policy

  • Donations are non-refundable once made.
  • Refunds may be issued only in cases such as:
    • Duplicate or erroneous transactions.
    • Fraudulent or cancelled campaigns (before fund disbursal).
    • Special cases approved by SocialAngel after internal review.

2. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, donors must email us at support@socialangel.org within 7 calendar days of making the donation.

Refunds will only be processed via the original payment method and may take 10–15 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

3. Special Conditions

  • If donor identity cannot be verified (e.g., anonymous donations, expired cards), refunds may not be possible. In such cases, amounts may be redirected to verified campaigns of a similar cause, with donor consent where available.
  • Transaction charges, taxes, or currency conversion fees may be non-refundable.
  • SocialAngel reserves the right to decline refund requests made after fund disbursal or inconsistent with platform policy.
