About Us

Nai Kiran is a Voluntary Organization committed to improving the lives of underserved communities through health, hygiene and skill development initiatives.

We are running 18 bedded Charitable Eye Hospital and two vocational training centers for women and adolescents.

  1. Our work is organizing free health check up camps and awareness programs.
  2. Providing skill development training for income generation.
  3. Free cataract surgeries to poor neglected and deserted people.
  4. Regular food distribution among people living in roadsides and homeless.

impact:

  1. We have performed 7000 free and subsidized cataract surgeries in last 8 years and restored vision and made them self reliant and to live with dignity.
  2. We have also trained 200 adolescents and women in Tailoring & Embroidery and engaged them in income generation and raided their family income.
  3. Regular Blood Pressure and Sugar test camps for elderly people in which above 40 people attends each and every camps.
  4. Free primary health check up trainings to five adolescents such as BP, Sugar, IOP, Vision test etc every year.

Through its community - driven approach, Nai Kiran works to create sustainable change and uplift families towards a healthier and more self-reliant.

IMPACT OF Nai Kiran’s Razia Charitable Eye Hospital. Restoring vision, Rebuilding Lives. Nai Kiran is a Philanthropic Organization working in the field of eye care services, Vocational Training to poor and needy people. The organization has emerged as a lifeline for the most neglected and economically vulnerable populations in Jharkhand. By providing free and affordable eye care services, especially cataract surgeries. Case Study -1 Village Gidhour Block, Chatra District Jamuda Khatoon, a widow lived alone after her sons migrated to Nagpur for work. Gradually, cataract robbed her vision, leaving her unable to cook, walk safely or even recognize faces. She survived on irregular help from neighbors. She accepted blindness as her fate. Nai Kiran organized a free eye check- up camp in her village where she was identified; the team along with other cataract patients brought her to base hospital for cataract surgery. IMPACT: Regained clear vision after few hours of surgery. Became independent in daily activities. Reconnected socially with neighbors and community. Improved confidence and mental well-being. Nai Kiran is not just treating eyes- “Transforming lives”. Each surgery, each pair of spectacles creates a ripple effect lifting families out of poverty, restoring hope and brings back confidence in their life.
