1. Community Dog Feeding Program Avisha Association runs a regular feeding program for community dogs to ensure they receive adequate nutrition and care. Consistent feeding also helps maintain healthier and calmer animal populations within communities. 2. Annual Anti-Rabies Vaccination Drive Every year, we conduct anti-rabies vaccinations for approximately 250 community dogs that we regularly feed and monitor. This initiative is crucial for public health as well as animal welfare, helping prevent the spread of rabies. 3. Sterilization Initiative Over the past six years, we have successfully achieved 100% sterilization of community dogs in our area. This humane population control method helps reduce stray dog overpopulation and promotes better coexistence between communities and animals. 4. Rescue & Emergency Medical Care We actively respond to emergency calls for injured, abandoned, or sick animals. Our team arranges medical treatment, surgeries, and rehabilitation for animals in need. 5. Geo-Tagged Collar Identification Program Many of the community dogs under our care are fitted with geo-tagged collars, which help identify vaccinated and sterilized dogs. This system also increases community acceptance and ensures these dogs are recognized as cared-for animals. 6. Summer Water Bowl Initiative During extreme summer months, Avisha Association installs cemented water bowls across the city for animals and birds. The bowls are refilled daily through tanker services, helping hundreds of animals survive severe heat conditions.

Humane Community Dog Management One of the most meaningful achievements of Avisha Association has been creating a stable and humane community dog ecosystem in our area. Through consistent feeding, 100% sterilization over the last six years, and annual vaccinations, the local street dog population has become healthier, calmer, and better accepted by the community. Saving Injured Animals Over the years, Avisha Association has rescued and treated numerous injured and abandoned dogs suffering from accidents, infections, and severe neglect. Many of these animals would not have survived without timely medical care and intervention. Rabies Prevention Through Vaccination Through our annual anti-rabies vaccination program for approximately 250 dogs, we have contributed to creating a safer environment for both animals and residents. Vaccinated community dogs help reduce the risk of rabies and promote responsible animal welfare practices. Geo-Tagged Collar Initiative By fitting geo-tagged collars on community dogs, we have been able to clearly identify vaccinated and sterilized animals. This has helped improve community acceptance and reduced unnecessary conflict or relocation of dogs. Summer Survival Initiative Every year during extreme heat, Avisha Association installs 50 cemented water bowls across the city, ensuring that animals and birds have access to drinking water. These bowls are regularly refilled, helping hundreds of animals survive the harsh summer months.
