My name is Pritam Sinha, and I never imagined that life would test me this way. In 2019, I lost my father to a brain stroke. He was our pillar of strength, and his sudden passing left us emotionally broken. Before we could even recover from that loss, the COVID pandemic in 2020 took away my mother as well. Losing both my parents within such a short time shattered my world and left me carrying not only unbearable grief but also the entire financial responsibility of my family.
After my parents’ death, my financial condition completely collapsed. I had to take loans just to survive and manage household expenses. I was already struggling to repay debts when, in 2022, I was diagnosed with cancer. That diagnosis changed everything. Along with the physical pain, my mental health deteriorated. The treatment was expensive, exhausting, and overwhelming. Whatever little financial stability I had left disappeared completely in medical bills, hospital visits, medicines, and recovery costs.
Somehow, with immense difficulty and courage, I tried to fight back. But now, fate has tested me once again. My cancer has returned. Hearing this news has broken me from inside. I am not only physically weak but also emotionally drained. I have no savings left, no financial backup, and no family support system to fall back on. The burden of previous loans is still there, and now the cost of treatment feels impossible to bear.
This time, without immediate treatment, my condition can become life-threatening. The doctors have clearly said that I need urgent medical care, regular therapy, and continuous monitoring. But the harsh reality is that I simply cannot afford it. The estimated amount required for my treatment is very high and for someone already drowning in debt, this figure feels like a mountain I cannot climb alone.
There were moments when the pain, fear, and helplessness pushed me towards dark thoughts. When you feel like there is no way out and no support around you, your mind begins to believe that giving up is the only option. But deep inside, I still want to live. I still want a chance to fight. I want to survive this battle and rebuild my life with dignity.
Today, I am reaching out with folded hands, asking for your support. I do not want to lose this fight because of lack of money. Your contribution, no matter how small, can help me access the treatment I urgently need. Your support can give me strength, hope, and the chance to see a healthier tomorrow.
Please stand with me in this difficult time. I cannot do this alone. Your compassion and generosity can save my life and give me the opportunity to fight cancer once again. Together, you can help me choose life over despair and give me hope for a healthy future.
