From a Small Village Dream to Ghazipur UP 61 Trust

I come from a humble family. The soil of my village, limited resources, and big dreams that’s all I had as my capital. While studying, I often noticed children just like me falling behind, not because of a lack of talent, but because they didn’t have a school bag, books, or even a proper meal. Something inside me started to change.

That thought became the foundation of Ghazipur UP 61 Trust.

How It All Began

In 2020, during the COVID-19 crisis, I started small helping quietly through social media. Sometimes I borrowed money from friends to buy books for children. Other times, I spent my pocket money to feed the hungry. Slowly, people began to notice. More joined in. And what started as a one-person effort transformed into a registered trust in 2023: Ghazipur UP 61 Trust.

What We Do

We focus on three key areas:

1. Project Aahaar – Providing free meals to the needy
2. Shiksha Sankalp – Supporting underprivileged children with education materials and scholarships
3. Skill & Support – Empowering women and youth with skills for self-employment

The Challenges We Faced

1. Many times, we didn’t have enough funds and had to cancel events.
2. In the beginning, people mocked us: “What change can you bring alone?”
