An elderly couple lives a few houses away from me. They spent their entire lives working hard and raising their children with love and dedication. They gave their children the best education and opportunities they could afford so that they could have a better future.

Today, their children are settled abroad and living successful lives. In the beginning, they stayed in touch, but over time the communication reduced. Now, months and sometimes even years pass without any proper contact. The couple is now living completely alone without family support.

Mr Sharma is in his early seventies and survives on a very limited pension. His income is not enough to manage their daily needs. Mrs Sharma is suffering from chronic health issues and needs regular medicines and medical care. They are struggling to manage both food and medical expenses.
