Save Little Unnati From Her Pelvic Fracture

My name is Manoj Nandrao Nishad, a farm labourer from Sayat, District Amravati. I have five members in my family; my wife, two daughters, my father and me. Unnati is my youngest child, the most naughty, lively, and cheerful part of our home. She is always running around, laughing, playing, and filling our house with joy.

The Night Everything Changed

On 9/11/2025, while returning from her tuition, Unnati was running playfully as she always does. But in one unfortunate moment, she slipped and fell badly on her back. That one fall shattered our world. Doctors told us she has a serious fracture in her pelvic and hip region; the hip socket (acetabulum) and surrounding bones are broken and displaced. Her hip joint has lost its normal shape, a condition that causes unbearable pain and makes it impossible for her to stand or walk.

Watching My Daughter Suffer

She is just a little girl, my little girl… and today she cannot even move from the bed. She cries in pain, and as a father, watching her like this is something that breaks my heart every minute. She used to be the jolly one in the house, the one who kept us laughing. Now she lies quietly, unable to even turn herself.

A Surgery We Cannot Afford

Doctors have clearly said that she needs urgent orthopaedic surgery to realign her bones with plates and screws. Without surgery, she may not walk normally again. But the cost of bed charges, X-rays, and the operation is far beyond what I can earn. I work on others’ fields as a daily wage labourer, and my wife also works in the fields. Our financial condition is extremely weak. Even arranging daily meals is difficult, hospital expenses are impossible.

My Appeal to Save My Daughter

I am helpless, but I cannot give up on my daughter. I am requesting you with folded hands; please help me save Unnati’s future. Your support will help her get the surgery she urgently needs. Every small contribution will bring her one step closer to standing, walking, studying, and smiling again.
