Help Sanjay Dudhatra From Rajkot Fight His 2.5 Year Battle Against Neck Cancer

My name is Sanjay Dudhatra, and I am a 38-year-old man from Rajkot, Gujarat. For the past 2.5 years, I have been fighting the hardest battle of my life advanced oral cancer of the left buccal mucosa. What started as a small problem inside my cheek slowly turned into something much bigger and more dangerous than I ever imagined.

After multiple tests and a biopsy, I was diagnosed with cancer in the left side of my inner cheek. Despite undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the disease has continued to progress. My latest MRI shows that the cancer has now spread to my tongue, jawbone, nearby muscles, and lymph nodes in my neck. The doctors have explained that this is a locally advanced and serious condition, and I urgently need continued treatment to survive.

The tumour has grown to around 32 × 28 × 27 mm, and part of my tongue is also affected. It has even started involving my mandible (jawbone) and surrounding areas. Because of this, I experience constant pain and difficulty in eating, speaking, and even swallowing. Every day feels like a challenge, but I am still holding on to hope.

The physical pain is unbearable at times, but the emotional and financial stress has been equally devastating. My treatment so far has exhausted our savings. Hospital visits, scans, medications, and therapies have pushed my family into a financial crisis. We now urgently need ₹7,05,992.12 to continue my treatment and prevent further spread of the disease.

I am not ready to give up. I want to live. I want to see better days with my family. But I cannot fight this battle alone anymore. Cancer has already taken away my health and peace; I do not want it to take away my chance to survive just because of a lack of funds.
