Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your SocialAngel subscription at any time.

Step-by-Step Navigation

  1. Log in to your SocialAngel account.
  2. Go to “My Donations” from the top menu.
  3. Click on the “Subscriptions” tab.
  4. Locate the subscription you wish to cancel and click the three dots (⋮) menu.
  5. Select “Cancel Subscription”.
  6. Choose a cancellation reason and confirm. Your subscription will be marked as Cancelled.

Alternatively, you may email us at support@socialangel.org with your registered email ID and cancellation request.

2. Effective Date of Cancellation

- Cancellations are effective immediately when done through your account.
- If cancelled via email, processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Refunds & Renewals

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable.
  • If you cancel before the end of the current billing cycle, you will continue to have access until the cycle ends.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
  • In exceptional cases (such as duplicate charges), refunds may be considered at SocialAngel’s discretion.

4. Auto-Renewals

If you do not cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew and the applicable fee will be charged. You remain responsible for all renewal charges until cancellation is confirmed.
